Why the third time, you might ask? Because I’ve been trying to make a pair of skinny jeans for Tirlittan for a while now and failed until now. I used a tutorial from DOA with some improvising here and there and thin denim stolen from an used kid’s shirt. Noticed that it’s the thinness of the denim which does the trick, my previous fabrics were all too thick – and it looked bad. (Sorry about the pin in the pictures, someone is just wee too lazy to sew snaps…)

I didn’t know it is possible to get blisters on your fingers from knitting and sewing >_> It apparently is, my left middle finger has one, and it hurts. The worst thing is that it prevents me from doing stuff with my hands, and it is a long, boring, rainy Monday. Oh well, I can type, and I can play Pokémon, so I’m not totally doomed into total boredom. And I can always plan new stuff for the resin gang. My mom gave me some fine knitting yards and red lace – and little pink birds told me that I should get some Bambi fabrics all the way from Japan \o/ (Oh, and buttons and candy and icecream Re-ment oh oh – I’m going to be so broke but it is worth of it ALL).

You’ve all probably seen the new Dollzone 70 cm boys, so that’s that. But I have this strange feeling that I just might want to own Hong in tanned skin. Oh boys does he have a big chin, but it should suit his character. I just have no funds for new dollies for a while, I’m trying to save up for other things and concentrate on the dolls I already own. I do own 9 dolls, it should be enough for a while -_-

I’m also amused and happy how popular Marcia, especially dreaming Marcia, has become amongst the Finnish BJD people. When I ordered mine, there were Luts’ own pictures (and I do not like her official faceup at all) and one owner’s pictures in DOA. I’m glad I took the risk though because Enne is one of my dearest dollies and to my eyes, the most beautiful of the pretty MNF girls :3

Whee, that was quite the lot of text for today!

*pats herself on the back* I managed to knit a sweater. It’s very small, I did use a pattern from DOA but I guess I’m a tight knitter / my needles were to small. Oh well, now I know how to improve. It’s meant for my Miyu who will be called Loitsu (“a spell”) :3

p.s. I installed Wordpress 2.6 and finally the “add image”-function works properly \o/ I can upload pictures AND insert them into my posts with just few clicks.

Phew, finally! All these dolls belong to Hunajasieni, I just took the photos. And behind the cut, there is many – you have been warned! Thank you for letting me photograph your dollies, Hunaja :3

Aaaand more! The dolls belong to Hunajasieni, Fline and yours truly. Lots of pictures ahead as I like to photograph when I get in the mood – you’ve been warned.

Pink Bobobie Sprite, she is beautiful and makes me want a Bobobie Sprite too. I was really surprised by her quality. Her wrists and hands are bit odd and of course she is not just as finished and polished like more expensive dolls – but her resin is nice, smooth and the colour is beautiful, and she is a very pretty dolly in general. And with some hot glue, I’m sure she’d pose well.

Inspired by miss An-Aiy’s lovely knittings and animal hats in DOA, I tried my hands in knitting a little hat for Aegis. I know it is wonky, but it is quite good for someone whose last more complicated knitting work was the most awful mittens at school when I was ten, no? ;D

I need new brown yarn, this is addicting <3
